SUNFLOWER SEED PROJECT BY MY GRANDKIDS HUW & AUSTIN

My two grand kids Huw and Austin and myself were busy with a little project. Huw drew a sunflower and I scanned and printed it and we made it into sunflower seed packets. We then dried about 20 sunflower heads which we got from a lady called Mary Kelly who grew a sunflower field. We filled all the packets’ 100 in all and we are selling them and donating the funds to a sick children’s hospital. This teaches the children how to be compassionate and to realise that they are so lucky to be healthy. We had a wonderful time.
